Visuals use AI generation and editing. Exact replication of real elements cannot be guaranteed. Clients must approve images before publishing

4. Client Materials

You must own or have permission for assets you provide. Divv is not liable for client-supplied material copyright issues

5. Copyright & Usage

Approved images are licensed to the client for commercial brand use. Divv may use final images for portfolio purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing. Drafts/source files are excluded.

6. Payment

Projects require payment, deposit, or written approval to start. Upfront payments are non-refundable once creative work begins. Late payments delay delivery.

7. Revisions

Pre-agreed revision counts cover minor styling/lighting adChanges to Termsjustments. Major brief changes or new concepts incur extra fees8. Limitation of Liability

8. Delivery

Digital delivery timelines depend on complexity and feedback. Divv is not liable for delays caused by client factors.

Client cancellations lose upfront deposits. If Divv cancels, the client receives an adjusted timeline or a refund for unfinished work
